Mona-Lisa Saperstein (portrayed by Jenny Slate) is a character from the television series Parks and Recreation. She is the younger sister of Jean-Ralphio Saperstein, who is a friend of Tom Haverford. She is the daughter of a lawyer and leads a privileged life, and expects money to be handed to her upon demand.

Mona-Lisa doesn't like to work for money, always demanding it. When she is forced into a labor situation, she threatens her way out of it the way she does when she wants out of anything, by threatening to start a fire. Her father doesn't do much ot correct her and basically does as she pleases.

Also, she, like her brother, likes to suddenly break into song to have conversations... and emphasize points. And when they both do this together, it's incredibly hilarious!

Together they are the best siblings!
